By making a Gift Aid declaration, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities you donate to will reclaim on your gifts.

We utilize secure third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe and PayPal) to handle all donations. By donating, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for errors, outages, or service disruptions originating from third-party transaction processors.

4. Intellectual Property
